Table top features
Table top features are in reality small water features,
but everything is just smaller, all the same rules still apply.
 |
|
Key A) Object for water to run down / fall from
B) Riser pipe from pump to outlet
C) Water level
D) "Sump" to hold water
E) Support for feature, also it hides the pump
F) Pump |
If the object / sculpture is big enough and hollow
item E may not be required, but please note it must have a way for the
water to get in. Note the section "missing" on the right hand side.
The size of the sump depends on the water flow, if the
water is to gently run down the sides of the object / sculpture then it
could be as little as 1cm wider than the sculpture.
As this is a table top feature designed for indoor use,
please remember it will loose water through evaporation and will need
frequent topping up.
As this is a table top feature it will require a small
pump (to fit inside the support) please note we do not supply "small"
pumps for table top features
