Picture information

We appreciate the pictures you send but as most digital cameras now take pictures of 5+mb for each picture, they will take a long time for you to send, and a very long time for others to download.

May we ask that as most digital cameras now come with editing software you reduce the picture size to no more than 800 x 600 pixels and if you have the option to make the file size smaller we would appreciate that too

The picture above is 148 x 250 pixels and is less than 6kb, it downloaded in less than 1 second. Imagine how big a 5MB picture would be and how long to down load it.
