(There are 6 different sizes of waterfall pump*) * This was true at the time of the enquiry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I require a small replacement pump with light" It would help if we were told dimensions of pump, its flow rate, voltage. How are we to know what it is that is required without the correct information? We did ask but only received a receipt, how do people expect help if they will not give us the answers to the questions we ask? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is a another enquiry we have received (From India) 03/09/06 respected sir, If the sender had read the information provided they would have noticed: The led lights are not for use outside the UK (We checked, India is NOT in the U.K.) Komet nozzles are a commercial product and enquires for them should be sent to the commercial site, Since this enquiry was made, we no longer supply led lights ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, I am searching for a special water feature and very much like the Lion"s head on your site. could you please advise (and quote on the advice) for a fountain pump. The pump is to run a water feature within a 6000 ltr 300mm deep circular paddling pool.At the center of this circular stone pool will be a water standing 1.5 meters high and 2meters across .Water will be pumped up through the feature and hopefully cascade over a large sphere sited on top of three evr increasingly sized stone mill wheels. Could you please sudgest the type and size of pump required to produce a vairiable water cascade. I hope this gives you some indication as to what I require. regards Jason Our reply was

Your message It was read 4 months after we sent it, so why bother asking if you don't want the information? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your Details We still get the odd occasion where both times the email address supplied is wrong, We have an example where they contacted us again, to say they have email problems, so please use the new address, and the new address bounced. that is why we ask for a read receipt, it is only to insure to us that you have received the email, NO OTHER REASON. So long as we know you have received our reply we will not trouble you any further, If you do not like the quotation, that is fine, but please let us know you have received it. You can even send us a blank email with "email received" as the subject. On one occasion the person replied after SIX WEEKS*, they had been on vacation to Australia, as we aim to reply within 48 hours of your enquiry why ask and then go on vacation? * See above, the record is now 4 months We ask what country you are in because you can view our site from any where in the world, we get enquires from countries for pumps and lights where they have different voltages than us here in the U.K. We even had one enquiry written in Arabic, how are we meant to help if its written in a foreign language?
